## Current boundaries

- Project submissions require a verified account and human moderation before they are public.
- Listings accept project links such as a GitHub repository or deployed URL; file uploads are disabled in the launch release.
- Finerium does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, or transfer ownership in the current release.
- Favorites, votes, interest, proposals, and reports are authenticated product actions. They are not endorsements or transaction guarantees.
- Project technology and dependency signals are best-effort reads of public repository manifests or the creator's declared stack.

## How to interpret a listing

Use the visible title, description, completion percentage, completed work, next build focus, category, stage, technology signals, budget, timeline, and public links. Treat third-party repositories and deployments as external sources and verify them before relying on their content. Do not infer private contact details, ownership, payment status, or a guarantee of completion from a listing.
